<description>&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;On the way to Nowherestan...&lt;/strong&gt;Michael Elefteriades, a Lebanese entrepreneur, who has lived through the strife of Lebanan\'s recent wars and skirmishes, decided their had to be a better way. So he created &amp;quot;Nowherestan,&amp;quot; where boundaries cease to exist and individual identities are blended. He maintains that the world\'s problems stems from the predominance of identities--racial, reglious, ethnic, and political--and thus in Nowherestan, people will share a common identity.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;The poet, composer and painter has attracted more than 50,000 &amp;quot;citizens of Nowherestan&amp;quot; to his website. He has produced a record album&amp;nbsp;bearing the name of his utopia&amp;nbsp;and conducted workshops throughout Europe and the Middle East.&amp;nbsp; There is even a &amp;quot;national orchestra of Nowherestan.&amp;quot;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Elefteriades has a vision that people around the world would share in the wealth, technology&amp;nbsp;and benefits from other regions. He is meeting with world leaders to promote his concept of a borderless blended identity world. Says Elefteriades, &amp;quot;People everywhere are fed up with the way the world&amp;nbsp;is today. But change is possible. The march to Nowherestan, like Gandhi\'s movement, is going to be peaceful.&amp;quot;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;</description>

<title>Returning to Active Duty!</title>
<link>http://www.theartofconsciouscreation.com/Conscious-Creation-Blog.html=20</link>
<description>&lt;p&gt;Hi everyone! Sorry I\'ve been AWOL for a few weeks. I\'ve been off doing&amp;nbsp;book tours of Colorado, Santa Barbara and Southern California,&amp;nbsp;appearing on TV and&amp;nbsp;guesting on radio shows--in other words, out spreading the word about Conscious Creation. I\'m pleased to be back!&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;I just read about an upcoming movie that I\'m looking forward to knowing more about. It\'s called &amp;quot;Happy-Go-Lucky&amp;quot; which premiered at the Berliln Film Festival. It\'s said to be about &amp;quot;the power of positive thinking.&amp;quot; It sounds right up our alley! &amp;quot;Happy-Go-Lucky&amp;quot; is by British&amp;nbsp;filmaker Mike Leigh (Vera Drake), who says&amp;nbsp;the film is&amp;nbsp;about a character who is &amp;quot;special in a sense that she has this positive energy.&amp;quot; Leigh&amp;nbsp;remarked that&amp;nbsp;he wanted to counter a trend toward pessimism and show that &amp;quot;there are in the world&amp;nbsp;people being--despite everything that\'s happening--positive and getting on with it. It is important that we confront ourselves with the realities of&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;life and&amp;nbsp;the negatives...but it\'s equally important that we take life and celebrate it where and how we can,&amp;quot; he said at a news conference.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;I find it wonderful&amp;nbsp;that such concepts of spirituality and positive thinking are beginning to show up all over the media--whether films, TV or radio! Let\'s support those filmmakers and TV producers!&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;</description>

<title>Lighting Up the New Year</title>
<link>http://www.theartofconsciouscreation.com/Conscious-Creation-Blog.html=19</link>
<description>&lt;p&gt;I love this time of the year. It is all about light. This year it began with the lighting of the Hannukah candles; then it moved to lighting holiday trees and decorations at Christmas approached. The candles of Christmas burned bright in people\'s home as they celebrated their love and friendship with others in their lives.&amp;nbsp; It would be so wonderful if the goodwill and inner light that many of us feel at this time of the year could spread out to everyone else worldwide, year round. On a day when the world has learned about the&amp;nbsp;assassination of one&amp;nbsp; of the world\'s truly courageous women,&amp;nbsp;&lt;!--StartFragment --&gt; Benazir Bhutto, it cries out for light to reach&amp;nbsp;out and illuminate&amp;nbsp;all of the hidden corners of the world, into the darkness of the heart&amp;nbsp;of man. Light one more candle this year on New Year\'s Day. Join me in lighting a candle to illuminate the world and creating a vision of light for&amp;nbsp;the future&amp;nbsp;of our planet!&lt;/p&gt;</description>

<description>&lt;p&gt;You know, unlike a lot of people I know, I had really great parents. They are both gone now, and they certainly had their faults, but I\'d have taken them over anyone else\'s folks. So each year at the holidays I\'m reminded by my friends how crazy their relatives make them--whether its mom who can never be pleased or cousin Dave who\'s an embarassing drunk. So this year I put together a fun little guide based on some principles in my book, called &lt;em&gt;\&quot;How NOT to Let Your Relatives Ring Your Holiday Bell.\&quot;&lt;/em&gt;You can get it at this address: &lt;span style=\&quot;font-size: 12pt; font-family: \'Times New Roman\'\&quot;&gt;&lt;a href=\&quot;../../10-tips-holiday-ebook.html\&quot; title=\&quot;http://www.theartofconsciouscreation.com/10-tips-holiday-ebook.html\&quot;&gt;http://www.theartofconsciouscreation.com/10-tips-holiday-ebook.html&lt;/a&gt;. It\'ll be in the LASplash.com gift guide and its been excerpted for a hot new online magazine called NoNiche. It was also featured on the front page of DivineCaroline.com. Feel free to pass it along to your friends when you hear them uncap the \&quot;holiday whine.\&quot;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;</description>

<description>If you haven\'t seen \&quot;August Rush\&quot;, the film with Keri Russell, Jonathan Rhys Myers, Robin Williams and the adorable Freddie Hightower, it is a must! This is a highly spiritual film about an orphaned youngster who hears music everywhere and believes that the music will lead him to his birth parents. He holds that vision throughout his travels as the 11-year-old becomes a musical prodigy, despite others who scoff at his firm believe. It is a charming film, one of many mainstream moview that are beginning to embrace such spiritual messages.A great holiday feel-good movie. </description>
